Just keep swimming

I'm so glad I am embarking on my newest project- my 52 weeks. I have seen how much it has helped other photographers improve, and I want to see what the project can do for me. I've tried 52 and 365 projects before, but never completed them because I was too busy for other things; this time, that won't happen- I'm making a promise to myself.

It's good to be back

This year has just been so crazy. My junior year of high school- between schoolwork, extracurriculars, and a social life- as absolutely taken over any time I used to have to shoot. Now that I'm on winter break, I'm so excited to get to use my new D600 to take all of the pictures that I haven't had a chance to take. 

Today, Lauren and I did a shoot that I've been thinking of for months. I finally found a typewriter (thanks Joey!) and it was great to get out and shoot. Enjoy these BTS shots from the shoot!

I'm having an amazing time in Lake Tahoe with all of my friends! It's so sad to think that school starts so soon and I have to leave this gorgeous place. I absolutely loved shooting with Carolina this week. She is so gorgeous, and an amazing model. Here are some of my favorite shots from the shoot.

Summer Shoot with Lizzie

I had an a amazing time shooting with Lizzie the other day. We went to this old park near my old house that I haven't been to since I was 7. I completely forgot about the gorgeous dock and lake that were next to the only hills that I've ever seen in coastal South Florida.  Here are some out takes, portraits, and BTS shots from our shoot!
